These small group classes are suitable for anyone who has some Pilates experience are feel they understand the basic principles of Pilates. The classes include both contemporary and classical Pilates exercises and modifications are given to enable clients to choose to work at an intermediate or more advanced level. The classes are structured but varied, to offer a different challenge each week.

With only 12 places available, the Absolute Beginners group mat classes will enable you to understand and practise the basic principles of Pilates, in a slower paced, small class setting.
