Group Classes

Adult Pilates classes take place in Dulwich Village SE21. All ages & fitness levels are welcome, with mats and equipment provided.

COME ALONG FOR A FREE TRIAL CLASS IN JANUARY & FEBRUARY

Corporate stress release and wellness classes or events can be arranged to include Pilates, Yoga, myofascial release exercise and relaxation. Please get in touch for further details.

Mixed Ability Pilates Class

These small group classes are suitable for anyone who has some Pilates experience are feel they understand the basic principles of Pilates. The classes include both contemporary and classical Pilates exercises and modifications are given to enable clients to choose to work at an intermediate or more advanced level. The classes are structured but varied, to offer a different challenge each week.

Absolute Beginners Pilates Class

With only 12 places available, the Absolute Beginners group mat classes will enable you to understand and practise the basic principles of Pilates, in a slower paced, small class setting.

HIP Pilates Class (High Intensity, Power Pilates)

HIP Pilates is a Dynamic, Precise, High Intensity/Low Impact Pilates workout, combining core strength, balance and coordination. With an energetic cardiovascular element, HIP Pilates is the answer to many people’s search for a functional ‘feel good’ workout in a flowing, structured, 45 minute express class.
