Group Classes

Adult mat based Pilates classes take place in Dulwich Village & Herne Hill. All ages & fitness levels are welcome, with mats and equipment provided.

These small, group community classes are small and designed to offer a friendly setting, with individual attention.

Work place & Desk based Pilates & Yoga classes are also available. Please get in touch for further details.

Mixed Ability Pilates

The classes include both contemporary and classical Pilates mat exercises and modifications are offered for all levels. The classes are structured but varied, to offer a different challenge each week.

Contemporary and classical Pilates mat exercises, incorporating light hand weights with standing exercises to add challenge & muscle tone.

Herne Hill


The class is based on the original set of classical Pilates exercises created by Joseph Pilates & are a set of 39 flowing exercises, designed to build stamina, strength, core stability, flexibility, using the breath for enhanced movement & relaxation.

The classical format is a great workout & offers a challenging class & would be suitable for those who already have experience of pilates, but would like to learn and develop the original Pilates repertoire.

Karen is so welcoming and helpful and offers a variety of difficulty so the classes are suitable for all levels. She combines instructions with education in her classes and I feel energised, relaxed and ready to face the week ahead.
