Group Classes

Adult mat based Pilates classes take place in Dulwich Village SE21. All ages & fitness levels are welcome, with mats and equipment provided.

These group community classes are small, with a maximum of 15 per class, and designed to offer a friendly setting, with individual attention.

Optional, informal social gatherings are also offered, with an opportunity to chat with other class students and share ideas and information about the local area.

Work place & Desk based Pilates & Yoga classes are also available. Please get in touch for further details.

Mixed Ability Pilates Class

These small group classes are suitable for anyone who has some Pilates experience are feel they understand the basic principles of Pilates. The classes include both contemporary and classical Pilates exercises and modifications are given to enable clients to choose to work at an intermediate or more advanced level. The classes are structured but varied, to offer a different challenge each week..

Beginners Pilates Class

With only 12 places per class, the Beginners group mat classes will enable you to understand and practise the basic principles of Pilates, in a slower paced, smaller class setting. Suitable for beginners, for those who are returning to pilates or who would just prefer a slower paced class.

HIP Pilates Class (power pilates)

HIP Pilates is a Dynamic, Precise, High Intensity/Low Impact Pilates workout, combining core strength, balance and coordination. With an energetic cardiovascular element, HIP Pilates is the answer to many people’s search for a functional ‘feel good’ workout in a flowing, structured, 45 minute express class.
