The class is based on the original set of classical Pilates exercises created by Joseph Pilates & are a set of 39 flowing exercises, designed to build stamina, strength, core stability, flexibility, using the breath for enhanced movement & relaxation.

The classical format is a great workout & offers a challenging class & would be suitable for those who already have experience of pilates, but would like to learn and develop the original Pilates repertoire.
