Pilates for Running

Running is a great stress-buster, but as a runner, I have experienced injury and was therefore motivated to gain specialist Pilates for Running training. I am pleased to be able to offer this excellent cross-training programme in a 1.5 hour workshop.

The workshop incorporates the use of Pilates mat work, standing and sports specific exercises to improve the skill, strength and performance. Created by The Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI), the workshop provides a Pilates based cross-training programme to enhance your performance, improve good running technique & prevent common running injuries.

The workshop is suitable for runners of all levels, if you are considering taking up running or would just like to learn skills to make running more enjoyable.
