Live Online small group classes
Small group classes, combining core strength, balance and coordination.
Dynamic Pilates is an energetic, cardiovascular class, incorporating more functional standing exercises than a traditional Pilates class.
Optional light hand weights are used & the Pilates principles are applied for an effective, low impact, all round 'feel good' class. Expect a flowing, sequence of squats, lunges, planks, press-ups, plus the traditional Pilates mat exercises.
An ideal stand alone or strength and cardio cross training class.

What do you need to join in the live online classes-
- A mat 
- Some space 
- A phone/laptop/desktop 
- Connection to internet preferable 
- A free Zoom account 
- Loose, comfortable layers 
- Water
