Mixed Ability Pilates Class

All ages & fitness levels are welcome, with mats and equipment provided for all classes.

These small group classes are suitable for anyone who has some Pilates experience are feel they understand the basic principles of Pilates. The classes include both contemporary and classical Pilates exercises and modifications are given to enable clients to choose to work at an intermediate or more advanced level. The classes are structured but varied, to offer a different challenge each week.

Karen’s particular strength is differentiation – she has an awareness of individual abilities and can pitch the exercises so we can all benefit, regardless of ability and we are all encourage to improve. Karen also responds positively to feedback from her clients and varies the exercises to keep us interested and motivated in a pleasant and supportive group.
