Wellness Weekends

A Pilates Weekend Retreat

Join me for a weekend of escape, exercise and relaxation at the stunning location of Tilton House, in South Downs National Park.

“Firstly thank you so much for a wonderful weekend. I am still feeling refreshed after a hectic week which usually has me on my knees by Thursday! It was great to experience the yoga classes as I’d never thought of yoga as something that would work for me, I have certainly focused more on my breathing and how controlling it can help when feeling a bit stressed.”

Thanks again for a lovely weekend! It did wonders for my legs! I need to keep it up! My sciatica hasn’t even bothered me this week. And I went for a run Tuesday and I didn’t feel like my legs were dead weights.
